matters need attention

1. Recommended working volume: 30%-40% of the rated volume is recommended for a 3L shake flask; It is suggested that the 5L shake flask should be 50%-60% of the rated volume.

2. It can be autoclaved once every 20 minutes at 121°C and 15psi. Repeated autoclaving is not recommended. The filter cover should not be autoclaved.
